We only collect what you choose to send us through the enquiry, contact and partner application forms:

• company or business name and city;
• your message, and the product or page you enquired from.

Like any web server, ours also records basic technical logs (IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and running. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

3. How we use it

• to answer your enquiry and follow up on it;
• to assess partner applications;
• to connect you with an authorised Sintech partner near you, when you ask where to buy;
• to protect the site against abuse and spam.

4. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the Sintech partner who will serve your enquiry, with service providers that host this site or deliver our email on our behalf, or when the law requires it.

5. Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for our normal business records, then deleted.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you have sent us. Use the contact details above and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Cookies and embedded content

See our cookie policy. Videos are embedded from YouTube only after you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. The map on the contact page is an embedded Google Map.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
