Buying
Where can I buy Sintech products?
Sintech products are sold through authorised partners across Nepal. Send us an enquiry with your city and we will connect you with the nearest partner.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Prices are set by our partners and depend on quantity and installation. Ask a partner, or send us an enquiry and we will arrange a quote.
Do you install the equipment?
Installation is carried out by our partners, many of whom are trained system integrators. We can recommend one for your site.
Products
Will Sintech cameras work with my existing recorder?
Our hybrid 5-in-1 DVRs accept most analog HD cameras, and our NVRs support standard IP cameras. Share the model numbers with us and we will confirm compatibility.
Can I view my cameras on my phone?
Yes. Sintech recorders and WiFi cameras work with a mobile app. The download centre lists the right app for each product.
How much storage do I need for recording?
It depends on the number of cameras, their resolution and how many days you want to keep. As a guide, four 2 MP cameras recording continuously fill 1 TB in roughly one to two weeks, depending on compression (H.265 uses about half the space of H.264). Our team can size it for you.
Support and warranty
Where do I find drivers and software?
Every product page lists its software, drivers and manuals, and all files are in the download centre under Support.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact the partner you bought from with your invoice. They will raise the claim with us through the Sintech partner portal and keep you updated.
I forgot my recorder password. What should I do?
Contact our technical team with the model number and serial number. For security, a password reset has to be verified before we can help.

How do I become a Sintech partner?
Apply on the Partners page with your business details. Our team will contact you to verify your business and set up your partner account.
How do partners order?
Partners order through the Sintech partner portal or the Android app, with live order tracking, invoices and warranty requests in one place.
